I have a completely bad opinion about this organization. Yesterday I woke up thinking I may have a UTI it took the nurse 6 hrs to call me back. I have been asking for a shower chair since November 2025. As of May 2025 still haven't been able to get one. I am a high fall risk especially in the shower due to osteoarthritis and sciatica issues. I figure if I fall it keeps them in business. Before all of this I made an appointment to see Alysa and ask for drug treatment. She told me in my appointment she wouldn't help me with anything until I quit using, and walked out of the room. This is not right, nor how a Dr should behave. I came in on my own to ask for help. I wasn't court ordered or yrying to get out of some charge I picked up. No I went in on my own to ask for help. Isn't that what Dr's are suppose to do, help people? On the way to that appt I smashed my toe. She had the foot Dr. come in to clean it up. He was going to clip my toenails and paint them. Alyssa for no good reason told him I was an addict so he wouldn't help me. What happened to patient confidentiality. There was no reason the foot Dr needed to know that, but I guess she had a change of mind and decided to help me

They canceled my appointment that I was allowed to set up yesterday right before the appointment occurred. They told me that I needed to go back to a PCP that I hadn't seen since 2023. I had to make two trips in and I asked to be released as no one would see me with that old PCP that I wasn't a patient of for several years. The manager was holding up her expensive bags of lunch in her hand, and didn't want me released from the PCP at first. Ultimately, she wanted me to stay with CHAS. I let her know that I have state insurance and I was looking at a location 0.2 miles from where I live. She offered the CHAS location closest to it. When I turned it down and mentioned that I would prefer the (building name 0.2 miles from me) she acted like I was switching to that insurance company. It was 9am. 9am and she was holding up her expensive lunch like it was 2pm and acting all huffy that I wanted an easier walk through the safe part of Spokane, not the dangerous part of Spokane, to get to my appointments. Some people.

Gf went in for an appointment with Shannon Valentine, worst experience ever she said, didn’t take any concerns with her medical history at all what a joke! She had a referral and they wouldn’t even look at it, absolutely disgusting behavior, never ever going to this place ever again, if I could review it to be 0 stars I would

Scheduled an appt online and it was scheduled incorrectly. When Edith called to verify and tell me it was booked incorrectly, she would not identify herself, only asking for my personal information with no reason for the call. Just tried to go to my appointment today and was told that it was cancelled because I wouldn't give Edith my personal information when she would not identity herself. When you are the only low cost clinic in town, a single phone call featuring a rude interaction feels quite disingenuous. Next appointment available was July. Do better Chas.

Honestly, not just this location, but all chas locations is filled to the brim with skilled, knowledgeable professionals. I have been with them for years for my primary care and specialist care needs. Their network reaches far outside Spokane to the borders of Idaho in Clarkston. They will do everything they can for me, and I wager any patient under their care. In my opinion, they are the best care provider network in Spokane bar none, hands down.
